Jennifer Portu   Hello everyone! My name is Jennifer Portu and I am one of the school counselors here at Swans Creek Elementary. This is my sixth year at Swans Creek and I am so happy to be at such a great school! I have a bachelors and masters degree from the University of Virginia and love my Virginia Cavaliers. Outside of school I love to read, play soccer, and play the flute in a community band.
